        Even Tiffinay's would be jealous of this plan.  To be sure your equipment is operating at the peak of efficiency we will come by four (4) times a year do a complete (37 Point) precision tune-up on the equipment, based on the season.  We will inspect and adjust the electrical components and the heating or air conditioning system for safety, health and comfort.  Look I could spend a lot of time and space here explaining to you,  in detail, what we are going to do, but surfice it to say your equipment will operate at the peak of efficiency and you will save money.
