Performance Guarantee

This guarantee is meant to ensure that the equipment we have recommended and installed is sized correctly and is matched correctly per the manufacturer's AHRI certification. This guarantee does not cover repair parts or home remodeling which changes the Heat/Loss calculation from the time of the installation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Al-Don Indoor Air Quality Specialists, LLC's Installation technicians are the best in the business, carrying extensive training and skills with an impeccable attitude. They love what they do. Their installations are completed in a timely fashion with the utmost care and respect for the customer's home. Drop cloths are used on every job to protect floors and shoe covers are worn to ensure floors stay clean. Our work areas will be swept and vacuumed upon installation completion with items put back in their original position if anything requires relocating for accessing the job. The customer receives a consultation at the end of the day and if something is found to be unacceptable days after the installation, we will return to make it right, no questions asked.

One Year money back satisfaction

If at any time during the first year of new equipment installation, you are not satisfied with the operation of the new equipment, we will remove the equipment and reimburse the contract price.
